Healthy Monday!: Mango Raspberry Smoothie


Hi everyone!

Hope your week is going well so far! It’s still summer weather here in London and when it’s sunny outside I find it perfect to start the day with some energy and vitamins from a fruit smoothie. Smoothies are the best as you can put literally whatever you like in a blender, it’s just about finding combinations you enjoy.

I bought these little bottles in the Spring at tiger which I find simply adorable! They’re quite a good size and if you want to keep your smoothie for later and want to make it the night before they’re easy to just pop in the fridge.


At the moment, my favorite smoothie is a Mango Raspberry smoothie. I add some coconut water to make it a bit more fluid. I don’t like coconut water just like that but it’s super healthy for you and brings you loads of minerals so I like adding it to my smoothies instead of water as I drink enough of that on a general basis. If your fruit is too sour you can a a teaspoon sugar or some honey. I like the combination Mango and raspberry as the Mango is sweet enough that you don’t need to add sugar and it makes the consistency quite thick.
