Hope you all had a nice weekend and hope you all had a weather as nice as we had in London (: It’s been quite a hectic week between going to Dublin for a wedding (such a great city!) and packing up my place as I need to move out, I haven’t had a lot of time to focus on my blog posts…
For this healthy Monday I quickly whipped up a salad with some sweet corn, a friend egg chopped in piece and a dry bread cracker. These rye wholegrain crackers are a good snack to eat, they’re quite yummy and they make a good add on to a salad. It’s a way to make it more filling and makes you last longer. The seeds on it means you’re getting in more fibers and this salad is still full of nutrients!
It’s quite a short post but I’m taking the train home to Paris in a few hours so need to get going! Do you have something you like to add on your salads?
