Healthy Monday!: Lemon Water

Hi everyone!

I’m writting this quickly as I catch the wifi from a bar on the street! Wifi at my hotel is crap I can’t even load a page up…

When I get up in the morning, except when I’m in a rush and need to get ready quickly, I always drink some lemon water. I squeeze half a lemon in my jar fill the rest wth water and drink it as I wake up, sometimes do some quick abs exercise and chill as I get ready. I generally like to then wait an hour before I eat my breakfast.

I think it’s a good way to help your digestive system and get something refreshing first thing in the morning!
