Healthy Monday!: Noodle Soup

Hi everyone!

Hope you all had a nice and fun easter weekend. The weather in London went from rain to sun to rain to sun everyday which was really weird but it was still nice having a few days off!

I was starting to get a cold throat and to prevent a cold I decided to make a soup. I generally do my soups with carrots, potatoes, leeks, onion and a cube from knorr of chicken flavour. I took the potatoes out once they were ready to use them in a salad or something another day and popped in some noodles instead.

It’s very good and refreshing to eat soup. I love watery soups, they don’t fill you up too much and they’re filled with nutrients from the vegetables you put in!
