Healthy Monday!: Breakfast for a busy day


Hi everyone!

Hope you are all settling fine after the holidays. Everything is chaos between handling work, classes and post holiday workouts!

For a busy Monday, I thought I would show you want I do in the mornings when I have quite a lot of things to do throughout the day. I heat up some earl grey tea, eat a pack of Belvita cookies as they take no time to prepare and sit down with my Erin Condren planner. I always multitask when I can to save time, so planning my week while sipping my tea is perfect!

These planners are the best when you have quite a few things in life. I colour code everything I do. Blue for uni, orange for work, red for travel, purple for social events, etc. Many people like having a planner for each category of work but I can’t handle three planners and not book meetings at the same time so having everything in one planner is great to have an overview of the coming week!
