Healthy Monday!: Vegetable soup

Hi everyone!

It’s getting colder outside, it’s easier to catch a cold if you don’t take care of yourself! As soon as I have a sign of my throat hurting or my nose running I immediately make a soup to avoid getting sick.

My soup is pretty simple but it tastes yummy! It has potatoes, carrots, leeks and an oignon. I also add salt and a knorr chicken taste cube. Let it boil for like 30 min or until the potatoes are ready. I’m not a fan of thick vegetables soup, I like better clear watery soups so this one is just perfect and full of vitamins!
