Healthy Monday!: Salad is back


Hi everyone!

Seems like a long time I haven’t posted a salad so here we go! Uni is back in our busy schedule so nothing better than a good salad full of vitamins to keep you going.

Spinach, grilled baby corn, grilled broccoli and cubed potatoes make a great salad! Just add some olive oil and balsamic or vinegar and you’re good to go.
