Today I didn’t really feel like posting an actual meal but more of a snack I take when I’ve eaten a little lunch and I get hungry mid way between lunch and diner. Smoothies are incredibly easy to make healthy. Just get a mixer and get mixing!
I love berries. Any kind of berries. So I just bought a frozen berries bag, put in a banana to make it thicker and added coconut water until I got the consistency I wanted. Sounds easy right?
