Back to my healthy salads, I’ve missed being able to do those all summer!
Lettuce, corn, cucumber, sweet red pepper and sunflower seeds there is nothing better. It’s full of vitamins and gives lots of energy. Corn is great for the skin, eyes and heart which needs a lot of care when coming back into stressful school habits. Sunflower seeds are high in fiber and magnesium, so good for the bones and for muscle tension.
Good luck for all of you who go back to school or work after this summer holiday that passed way to fast!
