I have been such a bad blogger lately and I apologise for that. I’m in a country with pretty bad Internet connection so it’s hard to get online…
For today’s healthy Monday I thought I should share what I eat for breakfast when I have a busy day ahead of me.
I love granola, I could eat the whole packet just like that. For breakfast, I put some yogurt at the bottom of the bowl, cover it with some crushed granola, add fruits, in this case abricots, and finally drizzle some cut almonds on top. It’s a very filling breakfast I find and it’s ideal for a day where you have to run around the whole city and barely have time to get a small lunch.
Will try to keep posting at least on Mondays and Fridays!
